Desarrollo de Landing Page en asp.net

Hola! Soy un diseñador web, contratado para un landing page completo, compuesto de 8 páginas total. El cliente trabaja con una empresa de desarrollo que requiere que el ambiente y setup sea todo en asp.net y bitbucket como repositorio. El sitio es bastante simple, lo más complejo sería un formulario de contacto. Lo demás, puro texto, gráfico y video, muy poca interacción. El cliente me envió esto como necesidades de desarrollo. 8. Coding requirements • Only asp and asp.Net is supported • C#.Net preferred over VB.NET, Delphi etc. • Use caching where possible, avoid unnecessary roundtrips (especially to the database) • Get configurable application settings and translation strings from provided or custom configuration files (.config), no hard coding of settings. • Only send necessary data between application server and database server, keep filtering and sorting logic in database layer instead of the application layer. • Use proven and supported Microsoft frameworks and libraries • No files must be created or written on the server. All data to be stored in a database. • Log exceptions/errors in the Event log • Centralize reusable code fragments in centralized classes and create/generate appropriate documentation including interface descriptions • Take measures against common attacks (e.g. SQL injection) • Capture all server errors and return meaningful information to the app and the user • Do not include "eval" functionality to prevent the creation application level vulnerabilities • No or minimal use of 3rd party ASP(.NET) components, libraries or assemblies.
