We only collect the data you provide voluntarily and what is strictly necessary for the technical operation of the site:
- Contact form data: name, email, phone, company, service of interest and the content of the message. These fields appear in the contact form and are optional except those marked with an asterisk (name, email and message).
- Technical connection data: when you submit the form, your IP address and browser/device type (user agent) are recorded for security and fraud prevention purposes.
- Browsing data: the site does not use tracking cookies or its own analytics tools. The servers that host it may generate standard technical logs for security and availability purposes.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (health, ideology, religion, etc.) or data of minors.

We use your data exclusively to:

We do not transfer or disclose your data to third parties except where required by law. To provide our services we rely on providers that act as data processors, always under a contract that guarantees the confidentiality and security of the data:
- Web hosting: the site and forms are hosted on Hostinger servers, which process form submissions and technical logs.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: the contact form uses this anti-bot verification service. You can consult its privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Google Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google's font service. When loading, your browser connects to its servers; consult Google's privacy policy for more information.
- Management and communication tools: email, WhatsApp or other tools we may use to respond to your enquiry.
When a provider is located outside your region, we guarantee secure transfer mechanisms in accordance with applicable regulations (standard contractual clauses or other safeguards).
7. Your rights
In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (European GDPR where applicable, and the corresponding national and international regulations), you may exercise your rights at any time:
- Access: know what data we hold about you and how we process it.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Restriction: request that we temporarily restrict processing.

However, no transmission or storage system is 100% secure. If we detect a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you when required by law.
9. Minors
The site is aimed at adults and legal entities. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us so that we can proceed with its deletion.
10. Links and social media
The site may contain links to third-party sites and to our social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). We are not responsible for the privacy policies of those third parties, which have their own terms.
